All creative assets, designs, written materials, and digital products created by Fire Rat Studio remain the intellectual property of Fire Rat Studio unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Clients receive a usage license appropriate to the project type (e.g., personal, commercial, nonprofit, internal use). The specific usage rights for your project will be outlined in your proposal, contract, or invoice.
Any requests for full copyright transfer, exclusive licensing, or extended usage beyond the agreed scope must be negotiated separately.
Work delivered by Fire Rat Studio may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed to third parties—such as other organizations, commercial partners, or external vendors—without written permission.
Attribution to Fire Rat Studio is appreciated when sharing publicly, but it is not required unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
Each project or service includes a defined scope and a set number of revision rounds, as specified in your agreement, proposal, or product description.
Revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur additional fees. Work outside the initial scope—such as new features, additional deliverables, or expanded campaigns—may be billed separately or added to a new contract.
Project timelines depend on the type of service and current workload. Estimated timelines will be communicated during project kickoff and may be updated as needed.
All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise noted. Larger or multi-stage projects may be delivered in phases.
Fire Rat Studio maintains regular communication during active projects. Response times and availability may vary based on service type, but all inquiries will receive a timely reply.
Rush work or expedited timelines may incur additional fees.
Payment terms, rates, and scheduling are outlined in your proposal, invoice, or contract. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon receipt.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and direct bank transfer (if applicable). Work may pause if invoices are overdue until payment is received.
Deposits (when required) are non-refundable and secure project placement on the calendar.
Either party may request to cancel or reschedule a project. Refunds are not provided for completed work, hours already spent, or deposits.
For ongoing services or retainers, notice periods will be outlined in the specific agreement.
Fire Rat Studio may store completed project files for a limited time but does not guarantee long-term archiving. Clients are encouraged to download and safely store all final deliverables.
Any external costs—such as printing, stock assets, software subscriptions, or vendor fees—are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in your agreement.
Fire Rat Studio may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of contracting or purchasing a service will apply to that project.
